Kat Wille

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Kat Wille joined the Galapagos team in 2026. She is a marketing and communications professional with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Communications from Grand Valley State University. Since 2017, she has built her career primarily in the nonprofit and not-for-profit sector, bringing mission-driven stories to life through thoughtful, strategic digital marketing.

During her time working at a credit union, Kat focused on creating clear, member-centered communications that built trust and engagement. Her broader experience also includes work with zoos and aquariums, and a renewable energy nonprofit, where she has led and supported content creation, website management, email marketing, and comprehensive digital marketing strategies. She brings a particular passion for data and visual storytelling, using insights to craft communications that resonate and drive results.

Kat enjoys spending time in nature with her friends hiking, backpacking, and birdwatching. When it’s too cold to enjoy the outdoors, she likes reading, knitting, indoor rock climbing, and going to the movies.
